If you buy online, you may normally cancel your order without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days after the goods are delivered. Use the Contact page and include your order number.
After telling us, return the goods within a further 14 days. Please contact us before sending anything so we can confirm the correct return address and the postage arrangement that applies to your order.
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop, but a refund may be reduced if handling goes beyond what is necessary and reduces its value.
Eligible refunds are made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or evidence that they were sent back. Standard delivery cost is included where the law requires it; any extra paid for an enhanced delivery service is not.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly supplied, contact us promptly. Your statutory rights are not affected.
